Privacy Policy

This policy explains what happens to your personal data when you use flighttraining.sg. It is written to be read, not to be survived — if anything here is unclear, ask us and we will explain it.

Flight Training Solutions (Singapore) Pte Ltd is responsible for the data described below. We are at 66 Seletar Aerospace View, #02-11, Singapore 797509.

What we collect

When you send a booking request

The form on our contact page asks for:

• Your name — required, so we know who we are replying to.
• A phone number, an email address, or both — we need at least one to reply. We do not require both.
• Which programme you are interested in — required, so the right instructor answers.
• A preferred date and time, and a message — both optional.

That is everything. We do not ask for your age, your address, your identity documents or your payment details anywhere on this website.

When you simply visit

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — your IP address, your browser, and which pages were requested. This is ordinary web-server activity and we do not use it to build a profile of you.

We do not run Google Analytics or any other visitor-tracking service on this site.

Cookies

We do not set advertising or tracking cookies.

Two things on this site can set cookies that are not ours:

• The map on our contact page is embedded from Google Maps. It only loads if you scroll down to it, and when it does, Google may set cookies. That is Google’s processing, under Google’s privacy policy, not ours.
• Our caching software may set a technical cookie to serve pages faster. It does not identify you.

What we do with your booking request

It is sent to us by email, to info@flighttraining.sg, and a copy goes to AdCendes, the agency that builds and maintains this website, so they can keep the form working.

We use it to answer you. We do not sell it, we do not trade it, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you asked a question. If we ever want to send you something you did not ask for, we will ask you first.

Who else sees it

• Hostinger — hosts this website and its server logs.
• CloudEasy — hosts our email, so your enquiry passes through their servers.
• AdCendes — our website partner, copied on booking requests.
• Google — only if the map on the contact page loads for you.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — only if you choose to click through to WhatsApp. At that point you are on their service, under their terms.

Nobody else. We do not share your details with other flight schools, advertisers or data brokers.

How long we keep it

• Your enquiry email stays in our mailbox while it is useful — so that if you come back to us months later, we remember the conversation. Ask us to delete it and we will.
• The technical log of sent mail, which our website keeps so we can tell whether a message actually reached us, is deleted automatically after 60 days.
• Server logs are kept by our host on their own schedule.

Your rights

Under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data of yours we hold, and how we have used it;
• correct anything that is wrong;
• delete it;
• stop contacting you.

Email info@flighttraining.sg and say what you would like. We will respond within 30 days, which is what the Act requires, and usually a great deal sooner.

Children

Some of our programmes are for students from the age of eight. Where a student is under 18, we expect the booking to be made by a parent or guardian, and we deal with the parent or guardian about it.

Security

This site is served over an encrypted connection, and booking requests are sent over an authenticated, encrypted mail connection. No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise — but we do not store your enquiry in a website database where it could be exposed by a website vulnerability. It goes to a mailbox.

Changes

If we change how any of this works, we will change this page and update the date below.
