This Privacy Policy explains how Flight Training Solutions (Singapore) Private Limited (“FTS”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data when you visit flighttraining.sg, make an enquiry, create an order, pay for or attend a programme, or otherwise interact with us.
1. Who is responsible for your data
FTS is a Singapore company with UEN 202618370M. Our registered office is 12 Woodlands Square, #13-79 Woods Square, Singapore 737715. Our training and service location is 66 Seletar Aerospace View, #02-11, Singapore 797509.

2. Personal data we collect
Depending on how you use our services, we may collect:
- identity and contact details, such as your name, email address, telephone number, billing address and, where needed, a parent or guardian’s details;
- booking and participation details, such as the programme, selected date and time, participant age or age range, experience level, learning objectives and information you choose to provide about suitability or accessibility;
- order and payment-related records, such as the amount, currency, order number, payment status, transaction reference, payment method type and refund status;
- communications sent through our forms, email, telephone or WhatsApp; and
- technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device information, essential cookie identifiers, security logs and pages requested.
Payment-card data. Online payment fields are provided by Airwallex. FTS does not receive or store your complete card number or card security code. Airwallex processes payment information under its own privacy and security terms.
3. How we collect personal data
We collect data directly from you when you submit a form, place an order, select a session, contact us or attend a programme. We also receive limited transaction and status information from our payment provider, and technical records from the systems used to operate and secure the website.
If you provide personal data about another person, including a child or participant, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and have given them the information in this policy where appropriate.
4. Why we use personal data
We use personal data where reasonably necessary to:
- respond to enquiries and recommend an appropriate programme;
- create, confirm, administer and deliver bookings and training services;
- process payments, refunds, accounting records and transaction disputes;
- communicate schedule changes, participant requirements and service information;
- support safety, suitability, customer service and complaint handling;
- prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorised access, and maintain website security;
- comply with legal, regulatory, tax and record-keeping obligations; and
- improve our website and services using operational information.
We will obtain consent where required. We may also collect, use or disclose personal data without consent where Singapore law permits or requires it.
5. Who we disclose data to
We disclose only the information reasonably needed for the purpose to:
- Airwallex and financial institutions involved in payment, refund, fraud screening or dispute handling;
- WooCommerce and technical service providers that support our order and booking systems;
- Hostinger and other hosting, security, backup, email or website-support providers acting for us;
- instructors, programme partners or facilities involved in delivering the service;
- professional advisers, auditors, insurers or authorities where reasonably required; and
- a buyer or successor if our business is reorganised, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal safeguards.
We do not sell personal data.
6. Cookies and external services
The website and WooCommerce use essential cookies and similar storage to keep the site secure, remember a cart and complete checkout. These are needed for the requested service. External links or services, including WhatsApp and Airwallex payment interfaces, may process information under their own privacy policies.
If FTS later introduces non-essential analytics or advertising cookies, we will update this policy and implement any consent controls required by law before using them.
7. Overseas processing
Some service providers may process or store data outside Singapore. Where the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 requires it, FTS will take appropriate steps to ensure that transferred personal data receives a standard of protection comparable to the protection under the Act.
8. Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, and for legitimate business or legal requirements such as accounting, safety, dispute resolution and fraud prevention. Retention periods differ by record type. When data is no longer needed, we will delete it, anonymise it or securely dispose of it.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures intended to protect personal data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, loss or disposal. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please contact us promptly if you believe your interaction with FTS is no longer secure.
10. Access, correction and withdrawal of consent
You may request access to personal data about you that is in our possession or control, information about how it was used or disclosed during the period covered by Singapore law, or correction of an error or omission. You may also withdraw consent for future collection, use or disclosure by giving reasonable notice.

Legal exceptions may apply, and withdrawing consent may affect our ability to provide a requested service. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible and, if we cannot respond within 30 calendar days, will tell you when we expect to do so.
11. Children and young participants
Some FTS programmes are intended for young participants. A parent or legal guardian should make the booking, provide necessary personal data and supervise communications for a participant below 18 years old. We do not knowingly request more information about a child than is reasonably needed to administer and safely deliver the programme.
